Had dinner wif mz & doris at gombak coffeeshop....
We had quite a longggggg chat la.... (thx for ur advise mz... been thinking throughly too...)



Quite a few ppl had "quan" (er... advise?) me to opt for SIM. lol...... i dont really like the idea la to be honest.



However, it was my ex-tution teacher who said something tat got into my head. Tat somehow makes me keep thinking twice over my decisions.... (should i change my plans?)



She said, "wad if you dont get into poly next yr? Are you going to wait for another yr? U might as well go try SIM now... coz in the end, you'll be walking almost the same route wif many other ppl. "


(I kept quiet for a moment while she continued...)



Then she added, "quite many poly grads also choose to take degree in SIM or someother private sch degrees.... if you choose poly, 3 yrs later, if nv get into local uni also will end up taking private degree, so might as well proceed now wif a faster pace "


She also said something which really hit me hard: "why refuse to gif urself chance to study when u have the qualifications not to mention the financial support too? Dont give up! "


I agree tat does makes sense alot ar... but seriously, sometimes i wonder wad has been holding me back?



Perhaps i'm looking down on private sch life too much.... as well as myself. My abilities to study further.... becoz of a setback.... heh...



Seriously, i dont have high hopes for the next poly intake despite my ite results la. Its like abit disheartened liao.... i keep having tis mindset tat only luckier ppl can get to study more.




Still, watever outcome it is... i'll work hard & towards my dream of owning a f&b related shop! =) Doesnt have to be famous, but at least i get to be a boss of a real shop! =X
