Wad a strange day... yesterday i feel like as though its a day where i had to serve many retardeds/weird ppl. =.= (pardon me for sayin tat word) Well, before u say i'm rude for scolding those ppl retards...STOP! I dont anyhow scold or say ppl retards. Neither do i scold ppl who are already retards, retarded. >.>

When i say him/her retard, it means tat person look perfectly alright & yet acts like a retard. Get my meaning? I think those who do come in contact with unreasonable customers would noe my meaning. >.>"

Giving a good customer service is 1 of the hardest thing to do in the business industry. Your life would be smooth only when u meet good customers with understanding & patience. If u meet unreasonable customers who dont give a damn & yet demand his way, it could be a real big headache.

Wads worst is, u must still serve them with a smile & politely, despite all those flames burning in ur stomach. =(

Some customers could be worst, they would even go to the extent to insult u, ur intelligence or capabilities (as if they're very capable =.="). I bet if they would take over my place for a day, they sure buay tahan and scare off all the customers. =.=

Some ppl just fail to realise that when they try to show their power infront of the counter, other customers are looking at them as well as judging their personal character. They only stop throwing tantrum like a child, after realising they're embrassing themselves infront of so many ppl.

Definately not an easy job... keeping ur image as well as the customers.
